From the outside, I was “making it.” Top Italian schools — LUISS, then Bocconi — economics and business, and a career at one of the world’s most renowned companies. The safe, stable path I’d been raised to choose.
Inside, something didn’t fit. The endless hours, the missed moments, the sense that my real potential was going untouched. One question changed everything: is this the life I actually want?
So I began again — challenging the beliefs that had guided me and facing the fears beneath them. I launched ventures of my own, changed countries and cities, and built life on my own terms: 15+ years leading brands and teams in premium FMCG, and, in 2024, formal training as an ICF-certified coach.
Today I bring both sides — the strategist, and the person who rebuilt her own path — into every conversation.
